$110 million tower planned for downtown Raleigh

There will be a new 22 story tower built in downtown Raleigh.

The corporate parent of First National Bank, the Pittsburgh-based company that recently acquired Raleigh’s Yadkin Bank, has made a major statement about its commitment to the region with this announcement, The Carolinas Associated Building Contractors (CAGBC) reports on its news site.

“The building is being developed for FNB Corp. by Raleigh’s Dominion Realty Partners. The building’s price tag is expected to be about $110 million and will include 150,000 sq. ft. of office space, nearly 240 apartment units and retail space on the street level.”
