$30 million Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion reaches construction milestone

After months of struggling due to unfavorable weather conditions, construction on the $30 million Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion in Fort Lauderdale has reached a milestone as the project team finishes roofing.

Developer Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion LLC and development partner ANF Group, Inc. Construction and Development held a topping off ceremony by placing a tree on top of the structure. They were joined by project team members Salomon Roofing and Construction, Knight Corporations, Hill York Air Conditioning and Energy Solutions, Centerline Plumbing, Sunline Civil Construction, Area Paving and Excavating, Southern Fire Protection of Orlando, Inc., D&D Mobile Welding and Fabrication, Inc. and Lotspeich Co. of Florida.

The 82,000 sq. ft. medical development is adjacent to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and across the street from Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale and Calvary Christian Academy. It is classified as a class “A” medical hub with a 19,000 sq. ft. ambulatory surgery center on the ground floor to be managed by Axis Healthcare Partners. Build-to-suit medical offices will also be available to physicians, physician groups and other medical-related professionals or services.

Amenities include high-speed internet and data, covered entry, surface parking and an on-site cafe. Office spaces are currently being pre-leased and as of July, the building has already been 60 percent pre-leased. It is slated to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2018.

The construction and design team of Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion includes ANF Group, Inc., Construction Managers, Gresham Smith & Partners Architects, Bard, Rao + Athanas Consulting Engineers and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
