Denver-based Spectrum Retirement has started building the $35 million Anson Senior Living Community and Memory Care Center in Whitestown, its fourth seniors project in Indianapolis’s northern suburbs according to Mike Longfellow, Spectrum’s senior vice-president for construction and development.

Plans call for nearly 180 units in four-story and two-story facilities.

The project, on  4.9 acres near I-65 in the Boone County community, is expected to be completed next year

Carmel-based Mainstreet is also building a 96-unit senior community in Whitestown, which Town Manager Dax Norton says “will help us ensure that all ages have great residential options right here in Whitestown,” Inside Indiana Business reports.
