A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered building components, is excited to announce the appointment of Valorie “Val” Burleigh as the new controller. In this role, Valorie will report directly to Robert Jardim, A-1’s vice-president of finance, and will be a key asset in strengthening A-1’s financial operations and growth.
Valorie brings over 30 years of experience in finance, with expertise spanning public accounting, financial analysis, and leadership in the building manufacturing and supply industries. She has held various senior finance roles at well-regarded companies, including Casmin, ProBuild, Builders First Source, California Trusframe, and Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc.

Reflecting on her new role, Valorie added, “It is my privilege to join such a passionate team at A-1. Their innovative mindset and use of contemporary technologies align perfectly with my career path, and with my deep roots in Florida, it feels like I’ve come home.” A Florida native, Valorie recently relocated back to the state after living in Colorado for several years. She is passionate about nature and enjoys hiking and reading.
