Brooklyn property off the beaten track to be developed

New York YIMBY reports that a permit has been issued to develop 975 Liberty Ave. in Brooklyn. (At press time, the permit doesn’t appear to be visible in the NYC Building Department’s electronic database.)

According to the report, the construction area will be slightly below 37,000 sq. ft., with 35 units, and 478 sq. ft. of commercial space.

NY YIMBY says Vasilious Georgopolous of Panagis Georgopolous Architect PLLC is the architect of record, and Sal Mendolia of Liberty for All LLC is listed as the developer. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
