D.E. Scorpio Corporation says it has broken ground on Cascades Luxury Apartments, a five-story multifamily community in Gainesville, three blocks from the University of Florida campus.
The construction firm says it is delivering the $14 million project to investor Trimark Properties, a Gainesville real estate developer and property management firm specializing in apartments near UF.
Cascades is the second multifamily and ninth overall collaborative project between D.E. Scorpio and Trimark Properties.
