Coots Design/Build LLC has recently received approval from Floyd County to construct an office and retail center, 500 Lafollette Station North, at 500 Lafollette Dr. in Floyds Knobs, IN, Louisville (KY) Business First reports.
The county building permits lists the construction cost at $1.2 million, and Coots Design/Build is handling development and general contracting duties, according to Floyd County Planning Commission documents.
Scott Coots told the business publication that he projects a mid-to-late spring finish on the shell of the building and said construction will likely cost around $1.5 million. The project’s full cost — including land acquisition, utilities and tenant improvements — will be closer to $3 million.
