Dominion Builders says it has been awarded a $1.5 million contract to renovate The Pankey Institute, a non-profit dental educational organization at 1 Crandon Blvd. in Key Biscayne.
The renovation of the three-story facility includes a complete revamp of the second floor, including a conference center, dental training facility, laboratory and x-ray areas. The dedicated third floor will be built-out to include 21 private hospitality base rooms for visiting dental trainees.
The renovation is slated for completion in February 2018.
