Muncie-based Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO), based in Muncie, has announced an agreement with Envoy Inc. in Indianapolis to oversee construction in the $13 million, 37-acre MedTech Park.
CIO says the MedTech Park, first announced in July 2016, will include a clinic, surgery center, imaging and physical therapy, among other services, reports Inside Indiana Business.
Construction on phase one of the development could begin in April. CIO will be located in a 50,000 sq. ft. medical office facility on the southwest portion of the campus. The development will include additional medical office developments and amenities including greenspace and trail connectivity designed to attract top talent and companies to the community.
