Felderman Design-Build says it has been awarded a design-build contract by DeBrand Fine Chocolates, to build a new Indianapolis location next to The Fashion Mall at Keystone on River Crossing Blvd.
The project value is $388,819. Work started on June 15 and should be completed in September.
