Focus Development Construction Company, a Tampa-headquarted general contracting firm, says it has begun construction of a new building at outparcel #3 at a local shopping center The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel.
The contractor recently started site work of the 5,244 sq. ft. building at 28100 Willet Way, and vertical construction is scheduled to begin mid-July.
The construction of the outparcel building is scheduled to be completed by fall 2017. Porte Noire A Salon Collective will begin its construction thereafter with an anticipated opening of early spring 2018.
