Four Seasons prepares for Fort Lauderdale site groundbreaking

Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale announced Nov. 9 it has started test pilings at its project site to make way for a groundbreaking within the first quarter of 2018, a slight delay from the previously announced late 2017 schedule.

“We are very excited to be taking this significant step towards the progression and completion of our development. As we move towards groundbreaking, we are contributing to the rapid growth of Fort Lauderdale as a global destination,” said Ramzi Achi, principal at Fort Partners.

The exteriors and interiors of the oceanfront development have been designed by a collaboration of Kobi Karp, Tara Bernerd, Martin Brudnizki, Fernando Wong and Nadim Ashi. The building has a total of 90 units with one to four-bedroom residences ranging from 780 sq. ft. to more than 6,000 sq. ft. Two-story complexes with 20-ft. ceilings are also available.

The developer says that on Nov. 9, 30 percent of Four Seasons Private Residences has been sold, with the majority of buyers coming from foreign markets.
