Here’s a video from the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association’s (HACIA) 38th Annual Awards Banquet at the Chicago Hilton & Towers on March 15. (The HACIA posted the YouTube video in early May.)
The banquet honored members of the M/WBE construction community and highlighted the HACIA Scholarship & Education Foundation (HACIASEF), which awarded as much as $35,000 in scholarships to deserving students studying in the construction field.
This year HACIASEF rewarded $40,000 to eight college students. The event featured invited keynote speaker Gov. Bruce Rauner and MC, Phil Ponce from Chicago Tonight.
