JPI has started vertical construction on The Exchange at Riverside, a development including 482 homes in California. The milestone was celebrated with a Golden Hammer ceremony on the jobsite.
The three-story luxury multi-family development will also include two resort-style pools, outdoor firepits and kitchen, coworking lounges, fitness center, dog park and electric vehicle charging stations.

Construction will be completed in late 2024.
