Leopardo Companies Inc. is the general contractor for an $8.78 million renovation project for advertising agency Publicis Group at the Leo Burnett Building, 35 W. Wacker St.
The permit says the project includes “interior alterations to existing 12th, 15th, 30th, 31st and 32nd floor office space.” There is a related demolition permit.
Adweek reported in December that Publicis is moving all of its agencies into shared offices in its major U.S. cities and the consolidation in Chicago would occur at the Wacker St. address.
Key sub trades include: Plumbing – Pientka Plumbing Contractors; electrical – Prime Electric Co., Inc.; and ventilation – Admiral Heating ventilation.
