Williamsburg will welcome its first ground-up office space in more than a decade with a 500,000 sq. ft. building at 25 Kent Ave.
The eight-story building will also include areas for retail and light manufacturing.
Designed by Gensler and Hollwich Kushner and developed by Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners, the building encompasses an entire city block bounded by Kent and Wythe Avenues and North 13th and North 12th Streets.
The project should be completed by the end of the year.
