Moss & Associates says it has celebrated the topping out of a 16-story condominium in Fort Lauderdale.
The $150 million property, which is being developed by Premier Riva, LLC, is located at 1180 N. Federal Highway along the Middle River. It has of 100 residential units.
The project has been designed by Falkanger Snyder Martineau & Yates, Inc.
“The Fort Lauderdale market is steadily growing, and it is gratifying to see buyers from all over the world invest in our community,” Moss & Associates executive vice-president Brett Atkinson said in a statement. “Riva is situated in a great area with magnificent water views and walking proximity to numerous retailers, restaurants and nightlife, making it an excellent addition to Premier Riva, LLC’s portfolio. The project broke ground in June 2015 and is expected to be completed in August 2017.
