Gardant Management Company executives and local officials broke ground Nov. 16 on the 105,000-sq. Ft.  site of Heritage Woods of Noblesville, an assisted living and memory care community to be completed by end of 2018.

The four-story Heritage Woods at 9600 E. 146th St. will house 124 senior housing with studio or one-bedroom options.

The $25 million senior living facility will have a community room, private dining room, on-site general store, library, computer lounge, sun rooms and walking paths in landscaped courtyards.

Designed by Chicago-based Worn Jerabek Wiltse Architects, part of the community will be dedicated to residents with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementia.
