PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is leading the design and construction of a 221,542 sq. ft. distribution warehouse located on roughly 12 acres of land at the intersection of Interstate-95 and Broward Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale.
The new facility will have the flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants from 40,000 sq. ft. and is slated for completion the third quarter of 2018.
Building envelope materials consist of load-bearing, cast-on-site, tilt-up concrete wall panels, structural steel, a 45 mil, mechanically fastened, TPO roofing system and glass and glazing with tinted glass panels at storefronts and entryways. The new industrial center features an ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire protection sprinkler system and T-5 energy-efficient warehouse lighting. Rear dock loading hosts 44 truck dock positions and three drive-in doors. Tenants will also benefit from1600 amp, 277/480 volt, 3-phase, 4-wire electrical service to the building with provisions allowing for multi-tenant configurations and metering.

Pacini is overseeing the project for PREMIER at an executive level, while Adianez Lugo is the project manager and Ed Lebak is the field superintendent. RLC Architects is providing architectural services. Flynn Engineering Services is providing civil engineering expertise while D.D.A. Engineers are the project’s structural engineers. Colliers International will represent the building and Bridge Development Partners LLC is the developer.
