106 firefighters put out blaze at Brooklyn construction supply business

A fire at Tony’s Construction Supplies Corp. in Brooklyn was brought under control in a bit more than an hour after the initial call to 625 39th St. in the evening of Jan. 5.

The Sunset Park Patch reports about 106 firefighters responded to the blaze, which was called in at 8:26 p.m. and under control by 9:40 p.m.
