Builtech Services says it is commencing work on three new multi-unit residential projects totaling more than $70 million of new construction in Illinois. The three projects combined total more than 500,000 sq. ft. of site development and ground-up construction.
“After extensive pre-construction efforts, we are delighted to commence work on these exciting new projects with some of country’s best and most reputable developers,” the company said in a statement. “These developers have robust national building programs of which we are excited to be a part. We look forward to shared success on these projects and many more with these great Builtech partners.”
Construction has started on the three residential developments in Chicago’s Western and Northwestern suburbs – 229 Park Ave. in Clarendon Hills, Bolingbrook Senior Living Community in Bolingbrook, and Springs at Canterfield in West Dundee.
Pine Grove Partners’ new 229 Park Avenue Ave. in Clarendon Hills will be a 70,350-sq. ft. mixed-use development featuring 800 sq. ft. of commercial space, 35 apartments and seven townhomes.
Builtech also broke ground on CA Ventures’ new 109,760 sq. ft. Bolingbrook Senior Living Community, a two-story masonry, steel frame structure. The anticipated completion date for this project is July 2018.
This month, Builtech broke ground on Continental Properties’ new residential development, Springs at Canterfield, in West Dundee. The 328,600-sq. ft. residential community will feature 13 buildings, each containing 20 rental apartments varying in size and style, with 26 studio, 104-one bedroom, 104 two-bedroom and 26 three-bedroom apartments.
