Construction has started for a 22,600 sq. ft. Honda motorcycle and ATV dealership in Granite Falls along U.S. 321 South adjacent to Lake Hickory Veterinary Hospital, The Caldwell Journal has reported.
The $3 million project for Honda of North Carolina, Inc. at 4625 Hickory Blvd. is expected to be completed in early 2018.
Matt Winters, the building project manager for David E. Looper and Company, sys the current target date for construction completion is December of this year. He noted that recent heavy rains have slowed the early stages of the construction process.
