PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction of a 40,750 sq. ft. distribution facility on behalf of Dayton Street Partners/WBS Equities. The structure at 4150 North Knox Ave. in the Portage Park neighborhood, is situated near major expressways, train lines and airports on a 1.6-acre lot
The warehouse features 30 ft. clear height warehouse space, two parking lots, four covered dock positions, two drive-in doors and two glass storefront entrances with canopies. The adaptable warehouse space can accommodate multiple tenants.

The PREMIER team responsible for this design and build are senior project manager Chris Kiziak and superintendent Scott Lebak. Kimley-Horn provided engineering services and Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. provided architectural services. Mike Senner and Steve Kohn with Colliers are representing the building. Dayton Street Partners/WBS Equities is the developer.
