Nancy Usrey, national president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) will give a presentation to the SMPS Indiana chapter on Jan. 24 on “Changing perspectives: How looking up and out makes a difference inside.”
She will explain how when “we broaden our perspectives, we discover ways to improve ourselves, our teams, our firms and our industry.” She will share ideas about how to improve processes, find more profitable opportunities, develop better relationships, generate greater return on investment and become better leaders, SMPS Indiana says in its announcement.
Registration at the Lightsource Studio, 200 S. Meridian, Indianapolis, starts at 8:30 p.m. The fee is $35 for members and $70 for non-members.
