Summit Contracting Group says it has started construction on Crescent Communities’ newest multifamily community, Novel Atherton, in Charlotte.
This mixed use community will consist of 346 apartment homes in a five-story wood frame building on a concrete podium, with first floor retail shops and parking. The net square footage is 290,012 with 62,000 sq. ft. of dedicated retail.
Construction is scheduled to be complete in fall of 2019. The developer is CC-SFA MF Atherton, LLC, and the architect is Atlanta-based Dwell Design Studio, LLC. Summit is based in Jacksonville, FL.
